Returns
- You can return items within 7 days of receiving them.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
Refunds
- After we receive your return, we will check it and let you know the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Sale items or items bought with a discount are not refundable.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
